CDAC.CopyDoodles.com is paid-for membership site owned, hosted and operated by Persistent Marketing, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation (hereafter "PMI").
As a Monthly Member, you’re entitled to download 10 images, digital file templates or animations per day; As an Annual Member, you may download 20 images, digital file templates or animations per day.
(Grandfathered Memberships: As Standard Member, you may download 20 images, digital file templates or animations per day; As a Premium Member, you may download 40 images, digital file templates or animations per day; As a Professional Member, you may download 60 images, digital file templates or animations per day.)
COPYRIGHT
CDAC.CopyDoodles.com contains copyrighted animations, images, videos, text, fonts, and marketing templates (collectively the "Content") which is owned by PMI. It is illegal to duplicate, download or distribute any Content from CDAC.CopyDoodles.com except for your use, and you are subject to the guidelines outlined in our CDAC.CopyDoodles.com Royalty-Free License. You may not use Content in connection with any pornographic or immoral materials.
Any Content downloaded by you from CDAC.CopyDoodles.com, including, without limitation, any files, templates, and images generated by CDAC.CopyDoodles.com is licensed to you by PMI. MEMBER CONDUCT
A. Member will hold password for this membership in the strictest of confidence. You may not share or disclose any password to any other Member or third party other than as specifically provided for herein. If you breach any provision of this section, PMI shall be entitled to (i) terminate this Agreement immediately, (ii) retain all payments paid pursuant to this Agreement and, (iii) seek any legal or equitable remedies."
B. Members shall use CDAC.CopyDoodles.com for lawful purposes only. Member shall not post or transmit through CDAC.CopyDoodles.com any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without PMI express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. Any conduct by a Member that in PMI discretion restricts or inhibits any other Member from using or enjoying CDAC.CopyDoodles.com will not be permitted. Member shall not use CDAC.CopyDoodles.com to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other on-line information services competitive with PMI. Member shall not stockpile, download or otherwise store content not used during the membership term for future use.
C. CDAC.CopyDoodles.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of CDAC.CopyDoodles.com are copyrighted as a collective work under the

Member shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on CDAC.CopyDoodles.com any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with Member. Member shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. By submitting material to any public area of CDAC.CopyDoodles.com, Member automatically grants, or warrants that the owner of such material has expressly granted PMI the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. Member also permits any other Member to access, view, store, or reproduce the material for that Member’s personal use. Member hereby grants PMI the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any material made available on CDAC.CopyDoodles.com by Member.
TERMINATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Either PMI or Member may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, PMI shall have the right to immediately terminate Member’s account in the event of any conduct by Member which PMI, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by Member of this Agreement.
B. You can terminate the licenses granted under this Agreement with respect to any Content by
(i) cancelling your membership from within the CopyDoodles Access Club (choose My Account > Cancel Membership)
(ii) sending a cancellation email request to support<at>copydoodles.com - minimum 48 hour notice required Mon-Fri
In order to cancel your membership before the next monthly charge, you must cancel your membership at least 48 hours PRIOR to your next billing. PMI is not responsible for any monthly charges that occur when a member cancels less than 48 hours before their next membership charge.
C. PMI may, in its sole discretion:
(i) monitor, as frequently as PMI determines, anything you download from our Web sites,
(ii) limit downloads to a fixed amount of downloads per 24 hour period so as to insure the best possible service to all subscribers to our Web site,
(iii) track any abuse of your username and password,
(iv) suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if PMI believes there is a violation of this Agreement, the Web Site Member Agreement and/or any abuse of your username and password.
D. If you wish to cancel the rights granted in this Agreement and your membership subscription, you may receive a full refund within thirty (30) business days of your purchase, provided that you have not downloaded more than ten (10) items from CopyDoodles Access Club. After thirty (30) days or download of more than ten (10) items, no refunds will be issued.
PAYMENT POLICY
A. Members are charged to access the Content found on CDAC.CopyDoodles.com. PMI reserves the right to change pricing from time to time, but it will be posted on the Web site before you incur any billing. If you do not agree to these changes, then you must cancel and stop using the Web site before the changes take place.
B. When you create an account, you enter your payment method. You must be authorized to use the payment method. You authorize PMI to charge you for the Services using your payment method and for any paid feature of the Services for which you choose to sign-up.
C. In the event your credit card is declined, PMI will make up to five attempts to process the credit card on file. If the existing credit card cannot be processed, PMI may put your membership status on hold until the credit card can be processed or a new credit card is entered for membership.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms of Use will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms of Use. PMI reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Use without notice if, in PMI sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Use.
