CopyDoodles Access Club Refund Policy

New Memberships

New members may receive a full refund within thirty (30) business days of your membership purchase, provided that you have not downloaded more than ten (10) items from CopyDoodles Access Club.  After thirty (30) days or download of more than ten (10) items, no refunds will be issued for the membership term purchased.

Existing Memberships

From time to time, existing members decide they no longer want access to the CopyDoodles Access Club and attempt to cancel their membership 10 minutes before their monthly or annual charges are incurred. They then get upset when the charges go through. In order to cancel your membership before the next charge, you must cancel your membership at least 48 hours PRIOR to your next billing. PMI is not responsible for any monthly or annual charges that occur when a member cancels less than 48 hours before their next membership charge.

How to Cancel Your Membership

You can terminate the licenses granted under this Agreement with respect to any Content by

(i) cancelling your membership instantly from within the CopyDoodles Access Club (choose My Account > Cancel Membership) 

(ii) sending a cancellation email request to support<at>copydoodles.com - minimum 48 hour notice required Mon-Fri
